Bayer CropScience recently held its 10th annual Ag Issues Forum on Feb. 24 and 25. The theme this year was “feeding imagination today, nourishing tomorrow” and included frank, open dialogue about all aspects of food and insight into how we will feed a hungry world.

Water: Addressing the Complex Issues Impacting Our Water Supply
A panel discussing water supply issues and working together to find solutions, which is specifically interesting considering the drought the state of California is currently experiencing. Panelist included:

Bill Hohenstein, director, climate change program office (CCPO) USDA;
David Modeer, general manager, central Arizona project, and
Larry Clemens, interim North American ag director for Nature Conservancy.
