South Pacific Seeds Pty. Ltd. acquires the business and infrastructure of Dorsing Seeds Inc.

South Pacific Seeds Pty Ltd and Dorsing Seeds Inc. are pleased to announce that the business and infrastructure of Dorsing Seeds Inc. has been acquired by SPS Dorsing Seeds Inc, a company jointly owned by South Pacific Seeds Pty Limited and South Pacific Seeds (NZ) Limited.
SPS Dorsing Seeds Inc is incorporated in Idaho and will operate from the existing facilities situated on Highway 95 at Parma, Idaho.
The new company will focus on hybrid vegetable contract seed multiplication in Idaho and adjoining states and will also continue Dorsing’s current production and sales of standard and exclusive vegetable varieties .
Doug Dorsing and all employees have joined SPS Dorsing Seed Inc. Doug has been appointed the company’s General Manager. He will be supported by Matt Storlie (Domestic Sales and Production) and Sarah Gragg (Administration).
