May 1, 2014

Hoegemeyer Hybrids announces the addition of Bill McGuire to its staff.

McGuire was recently hired as a district sales manager for Hoegemeyer. He will be responsible for directing the field sales effort in a territory that will include northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri, as well as assisting in the development and recruiting of new accounts in southwest and western Iowa.

McGuire currently resides in Omaha, Neb., and his seed experience spans the past 13 years.

“I was excited to join Hoegemeyer as it continues to grow and expand its market share,” McGuire says. “Hoegemeyer has a solid product lineup and focus on its customers, which sets it apart in the industry.”

“We’re excited to have Bill join our staff,” says Stephan Becerra, Hoegemeyer general manager. “His wealth of seed industry knowledge and passion for agriculture will be assets as we continue to grow our footprint in the Western Corn Belt.”

Founded in 1937, Hoegemeyer Hybrids serves farmers with seed products specifically chosen for exceptional performance in the Western Corn Belt.
