Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National Seed Trade Association of Ghana (NaSTAG)

the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National Seed Trade Association of Ghana (NaSTAG) will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29th and 30th, 2025, at Hotel Stevens Ltd. Conference Hall in Ho, Volta Region.
The agenda for the AGM is as follows:
Day 1:
- Presentation, correction, and adoption of the minutes from the 8th Annual General Meeting
- Matters Arising
- Consideration and adoption of the financial statement of the association for the year ended December 31, 2024, including the management letter and the 2024 Executive Council's annual report.
- Presentation of the strategic plan and adoption
- Review and consideration of the report from the Constitutional Review Committee, along with proposed amendments.
Day 2:
- Election of new Executive Council members.
- Any other business.
We welcome any questions or concerns that members would like the secretariat to address during the AGM.
