Join our team and be part of a dynamic and innovative cotton seed processing facility here in Maricopa, AZ (Bapchule) that is revolutionizing the agricultural industry. As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the success of our cotton seed processing facility. In addition, you will utilize your strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to people development to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performing team, and empower individuals to reach their full potential in our cotton seed processing facility.

As a Plant Manager - US Cotton, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the highest quality of the finished product, utilizing quality control measures.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing efficient processes.
  • Overseeing equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
  • Developing and training direct reports to foster a high-performing team.
  • Promoting and expanding a strong safety culture across the plant, adhering to safety protocols and implementing preventive measures.

If you...

  • Hold a Bachelors degree required. A bachelors degree in Agronomy, Seed Science, Plant Science, Agricultural Economics or a related discipline, a plus.
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Are bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Have knowledge of safety protocols and experience in promoting a safety culture.
  • Are analytical and have problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and optimize processes.
  • Have Organizational, Leadership, and Managerial skills.
  • Have the ability to travel up to 15% domestically.
