Arysta LifeScience North America recently announced the addition of Kate Sanford Mitchell as the marketing manager for seed treatments, fungicides and insecticides in Canada, and Kayla Tycholiz as a sales and marketing specialist, also in Canada.
"Both Kate and Kayla bring specific skill sets to the Canadian team that we will utilize immediately," said Trent McCrea, Portfolio Marketing Manager Canada, Arysta LifeScience. "With Kate, we saw her potential for this new role from her past marketing positions; additionally, Kayla's job with the company over the past three summers has prepared her for her full-time position, offering support to the sales and marketing teams. They both work well with team members and our customers in their respective marketing roles, helping growers to learn more about our products so their crops reach their full potential."
Sanford Mitchell joins Arysta LifeScience following employment with Bayer CropScience as a project manager, marketing portfolio manager and market research specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Sanford Mitchell has expanded her knowledge and leadership skills through various courses including Bee Ambassador Training, Leadership Choices and Grain Marketing & Analysis. She will work from her home in Lavoy, Alberta.
Tycholiz recently began full-time employment with Arysta LifeScience following summer internships with the company's technical sales specialists and territory managers in Saskatchewan. She earned her degree in marketing from Edward's School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. Tycholiz will office out of the Calgary offices of WS, partner agency of Arysta LifeScience.
