Iowa State University is once again offering a series of workshops on seed conditioning and quality testing procedures this summer. The 2017 workshop schedule is listed below and on the registration website. These are small group sessions that feature a mix of classroom and “hands on” equipment operation in our pilot plant at the ISU Seed Science Center.

The Food Grade Bean program is being offered again this year using the extended four day format to accommodate expanded program content. Likewise, the SATAKE color sorter programs are divided into ScanMaster II and Evolution sessions to help cover the specific details related to those product lines. We will also be discussing updates for the newer SORTEX A series during the Buhler workshop but the equipment demonstrations will be conducted using an existing Z+BL machine.
