In April of 2016, Mr. Shane Pritchard, Chief Engineer, tendered his resignation. In support of this transition, Mr. Pritchard has continued to provide guidance and expertise to the customers of Oliver Manufacturing, as well as supporting the appointment of his successor, Mr. Okan Saribal (pictured).

As of September 12, 2016, Mr. Okan Saribal has assumed the position of Technical Director at Oliver Manufacturing. He is responsible for overseeing all technical and engineering-related activities within the organization as well as continuing to push Oliver’s equipment to be the most technically sophisticated in the industry.

Prior to joining Oliver Manufacturing, Mr. Saribal was President of Saridea Inspired Engineering, an engineering and analytical services firm based out of Denver, Co. It was through this organization where Oliver Manufacturing and Mr. Pritchard initially forged their close working relationship with Mr. Saribal in 2012 for development of next-generation Oliver Manufacturing product families. We believe that Mr. Saribal’s past experience with Oliver Manufacturing has prepared the collective team to have a seamless transition. We are very thrilled and eager to have Okan join Team Oliver, and look forward to you meeting and seeing the passion Okan has for the advancement of engineered-solutions and equipment at Oliver Manufacturing.
