“We have a unique opportunity to be part of what may well be a once-in-a-lifetime event with Guelph hosting the Special Olympics Provincial Spring Games this year,” says Chris Davison, Syngenta Canada Head of Corporate Affairs. “Syngenta proudly supports various activities and events in the communities where our employees, customers and partners live and work, and we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to help make the 2016 Provincial Spring Games a tremendous success.”

More than 1,000 Special Olympic athletes, coaches, families and supporters from across the province are expected to be in attendance, making the 2016 Games one of the largest Special Olympics Provincial Games ever held in Ontario.
Athletes will compete in six sports including swimming, powerlifting, basketball, rhythmic gymnastics, five-pin bowling and 10-pin bowling.
