The passing of Oscar Adams, long-time seed plant manager at Alberta Lea Seed House
USA
July 6, 2015
We have had some sad news here at the Albert Lea Seed House. Oscar Adams passed away late last week.
Oscar started working at the Albert Lea Seed House around 1968 (when he was 17) and he worked here his entire adult life. He became our seed plant manager many years ago and put in thousands of hours building, fixing, and running our seed-cleaning machinery. He was strong, honest, punctual, and mechanically gifted. He also had a way with words and a great sense of humor.
We miss him already.
