Vestaron Announces New Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Vestaron Corporation announced today that Mark Quick has been appointed Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. In his new position Mark will be responsible for the commercial launch of Vestaron’s products for insect control.

“We’re delighted to welcome Mark to Vestaron, and are very pleased to have his strong abilities on board to lead the commercial launch of our first product. He has unique experience in sales and marketing of agricultural chemicals both with biologicals and synthetics, and this combination will serve him well in ushering in this new chapter of our Company,” says John Sorenson, President and CEO of Vestaron.

Mark has held sales and marketing positions in several major agricultural chemical companies including American Cyanamid, Abbott Laboratories, Hoechst-Roussel, Arysta, and Isagro. He most recently served as the Business Manager for North America for Cytozyme Laboratories.

Mark added that, “This is a great time to be joining Vestaron. I’m really excited by the opportunity to help grow this innovative company into a huge commercial success.”

Vestaron is commercializing a new generation of biopesticides using naturally occurring peptides.
