Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (MBI) (Nasdaq:MBII), a leading global provider of bio-based pest management and plant health products, announced it has hired Linda V. Moore in the newly created general counsel position. She previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Merix Corp., Phoenix Technologies, and Jabil Circuit, in addition to being co-founder and principal of The Moore Group. Moore brings extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, securities regulations and compliance, corporate governance, labor relations, and litigation management. She also has managed international tax, labor, and facilities issues with expatriate and extended assignments in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
