Tozer Seeds' Flower Sprout stars in BBC1 primetime show The One Show

The largest independent British vegetable seed breeder, Tozer Seeds, will be featuring in BBC 1 The One Show at 7pm on Friday 21st February 2014. The One Show is a topical magazine-style daily television programme broadcast on BBC 1 in the UK. Filming took place at the Tozer Seed stand at Fruit Logistica 2014; British journalist and restaurant critic Jay Rayner interviewed David Rogers, Sales Director at Tozer Seeds to discuss the company and in particular Flower Sprout®.
They discussed why Tozer Seeds was exhibiting at Fruit Logistica, the background of Flower Sprout®, why the new vegetable had been developed and how successful it has been so far, Jay also got to taste some Flower Sprout® along with other visitors to the stand who were asked to comment on what they thought of this new vegetable that is a cross between a Brussels Sprout and a kale.David said “We are very excited about this latest development and the exposure that Tozer Seeds and Flower Sprouts will receive from appearing on primetime TV show.”
Tozer Seeds exhibited at Fruit Logistica 2014 in Berlin from the 5th-7th February 2014. It was the second year running that Tozer Seeds exhibited at the event, the stand was double the size to have a larger presence and product display.
