Mr. Ken Boutilier has stepped down as President and CEO of Innovotech, effective January 1, 2014 and Dr. James Timourian has been appointed to the position of President. Mr. Bruce Hirsche will continue as Secretary and Dr. James Timourian will continue as Chairman of the Board.
