From 5 to 7 February 2014, Rijk Zwaan will once again be presenting its products at Fruit Logistica in Berlin. This year, the breeding company’s show presence is based around the theme ‘Sharing a healthy future’.
‘Sharing a healthy future’ is Rijk Zwaan’s new slogan. It embodies everything that Rijk Zwaan strives for: its belief in vegetables, colleagues, customers, people, the Earth and its future. By working together in chain projects, the vegetable sector can contribute to a healthy future. And that inspires us at Rijk Zwaan to continue developing healthy, tasty and appealing vegetables and vegetable concepts. These products, along with our ideas about a collaborative approach, will be our focal point during Fruit Logistica 2014.
Healthy convenience products
Our ever widening range of healthy convenience products is just one example of Rijk Zwaan’s contribution to a healthy future. Rijk Zwaan has further extended the ‘one cut ready’ Salanova® lettuce concept by adding a red and a green Batavia type, for instance. Meanwhile, Sandissima® is a new line of small watermelon varieties with an excellent internal quality. Rijk Zwaan’s tomato assortment, too, keeps on widening and deepening: particular highlights at Fruit Logistica will be the flavoursome loose round cherry tomato Nancy RZ and the blocky mini tomato Vacetto RZ.
Many other Rijk Zwaan varieties, product lines and concepts are expected to attract plenty of attention too during Fruit Logistica. The Rijk Zwaan exhibition team will include chain managers as well as crop specialists, thus ensuring that every visitor to the stand will be able to talk to someone with the right expertise for their particular needs. Fruit Logistica will take place from 5 to 7 February 2014 at the Messe Berlin fairgrounds in Berlin, Germany. Rijk Zwaan will be located in Hall 1.2, Stand B23.

Rijk Zwaan deelt gezonde ideeën op Fruit Logistica 2014
Van 5 tot en met 7 februari 2014 presenteert Rijk Zwaan haar producten weer op de Fruit Logistica in Berlijn. Dit jaar staat de deelname van het groenteveredelingsbedrijf in het teken van het thema ‘Sharing a healthy future’.
‘Sharing a healthy future’ is de nieuwe slogan van Rijk Zwaan. Het omvat alles wat Rijk Zwaan belangrijk vindt: het geloof in groenten, collega’s, klanten, mensen, de aarde en zijn toekomst. Door samen te werken in ketenprojecten, kan de groentesector bijdragen aan een gezonde toekomst. Dat inspireert Rijk Zwaan om te blijven werken aan gezonde, smakelijke en aantrekkelijke groenten en groenteconcepten. Deze producten en onze ideeën over een gezamenlijke benadering zullen tijdens de Fruit Logistica 2014 centraal staan.
Gezonde gemaksproducten
Een goed voorbeeld van Rijk Zwaans bijdrage aan een gezonde toekomst is ons voortdurend groeiende assortiment van gezonde gemaksproducten. Met een groene en een rode Batavia breidt Rijk Zwaan nu bijvoorbeeld het Salanova® concept verder uit. Daarnaast zijn we met Sandissima® een lijn gestart met kleine watermeloenen met een uitstekende interne kwaliteit. Ook het tomatenassortiment van Rijk Zwaan blijft zich verbreden en verdiepen. Op de Fruit Logistica zal er bijvoorbeeld veel aandacht zijn voor de smaakvolle losse cherrytomaat Nancy RZ en de geblokte minitomaat Vacetto RZ.
Ook andere rassen, productlijnen en concepten van Rijk Zwaan zullen naar verwachting veel aandacht trekken tijdens de Fruit Logistica. Op de stand zal niet alleen het international ketenteam van Rijk Zwaan aanwezig zijn, maar ook veel gewasspecialisten. Dat zorgt er voor dat iedere bezoeker een gesprekspartner kan vinden voor zijn of haar specifieke interessegebied. De Fruit Logistica vindt plaats van 5 tot en met 7 februari in de Messe in Berlijn. Rijk Zwaan is te vinden op stand B23 in hal 1.2.
