The easyFlow filling and cleaning system developed jointly by Bayer CropScience and agrotop GmbH, Obertraubling, Germany, has been awarded a silver medal by the German Agricultural Society (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft, DLG). easyFlow will be presented to an international trade audience for the first time at the Agritechnica exhibition, which is being held on November 10 to 16 in Hanover, Germany. The advantages of the system are that it allows the safe and precise dosing of liquid crop protection products from small containers and canisters, it automatically opens sealing films and it is easy and simple to use. In addition, the containers and sealing films are suitably rinsed for disposal. agrotop has scheduled the marketing launch of easyFlow in Europe for spring 2014.

Safety drop by drop: easyFlow prevents splashes or spills while measuring or transferring liquid crop protection products.
"Product stewardship is a major priority for agrotop as well. easyFlow is a closed system and therefore contamination-proof. "easyFlow is also the first adapter system that cleans itself completely, and it therefore makes a contribution to environmental protection."
The new environmentally friendly filling and cleaning system is adaptable for all tanks and induction hoppers and safeguards against unintentional opening and disconnection during filling. easyFlow enables infinitely variable regulation of the filling speed for precise control of the dosage. There is also another benefit for users: "Thanks to the attached rinsing-water pipe, all contact surfaces and the canister are cleaned in one go after complete or partial emptying. The canister does not need to be rinsed separately nor measuring or filling vessels laboriously cleaned," underlines Reinhard Friessleben, Head of Application Technology at Bayer CropScience.

Innovatives Entnahmesystem für flüssige Pflanzenschutzmittel ausgezeichnet: "easyFlow" erhält Silbermedaille der DLG - Vermarktung in Europa ab Frühjahr 2014 geplant
Das gemeinsam von Bayer CropScience und der agrotop GmbH, Obertraubling, entwickelte Entnahme- und Reinigungssystem easyFlow ist von der Deutschen Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG) mit einer Silbermedaille ausgezeichnet worden. Es wird auf der Agritechnica, die vom 10. bis 16. November in Hannover stattfindet, erstmals einem internationalen Fachpublikum vorgestellt. Die Vorteile des Systems sind die sichere und exakt dosierte Entnahme von flüssigen Pflanzenschutzmitteln aus Kleinbehältern und Kanistern, die automatische Öffnung von Siegelfolien sowie die einfache und sichere Handhabung. Gebinde und Siegelfolien werden entsorgungsgerecht gespült. Der Vermarktungsbeginn von easyFlow in Europa durch agrotop ist für das Frühjahr 2014 geplant.

Das neue umweltschonende Entnahmesystem ist adaptierbar für alle Gerätetanks und Einspülschleusen. Eine Sicherung verhindert unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen und Abkuppeln während der Entnahme. easyFlow erlaubt dem Landwirt die stufenlose Regelung der Füllgeschwindigkeit für exakte Dosierungen. Ein weiterer Vorteil für den Anwender: "Dank einer angesteckten Spülwasserzuleitung werden Kontaktflächen und Kanister nach Komplett- bzw. Teilentleerung in einem Arbeitsgang gereinigt - eine separate Kanisterspülung und aufwändige Reinigung etwaiger Mess- und Umfüllgefäße entfällt", betonte Reinhard Friessleben, Leiter Applikationstechnik bei Bayer CropScience.
