AgriThority adds David Lincoln, expert in unmanned aerial systems

AgriThority® LLC, an integrated agricultural science consultancy and field research and development company, announces David E. Lincoln, PMP, an expert in the dynamic unmanned aerial systems (UAS) sector from Springfield, Va., has joined its staff of Associates. He will provide clients with solutions for acquisition, integration, development and evaluation of UAS for agricultural use.

“Dave has a high level of knowledge and skill as a helicopter pilot and with unmanned aircraft from his time in the military and with leading aerospace engineering firms,” says Jerry Duff, AgriThority managing member. “He can provide agricultural companies interested in entering the UAS field with unique insight and valuable personal experience in that sector.”

Lincoln has more than 20 years of technical experience managing the development and fielding of high-tech systems and equipment. He has worked with companies such as Alion Science and Technology, Insitu, Inc. and General Dynamics. In addition to his commercial experience, Lincoln has extensive military experience including positions in shipboard tactical aviation operations, program manager for training systems with the US Naval Air Systems Command and as an air operations officer and change management coordinator for the USS Enterprise.

“We’re keeping our eyes wide open for the many exciting possibilities that exist for unmanned aerial systems in agriculture and allied markets,” Lincoln says. “This is a burgeoning market and we will guide our clients to the best possible results for their business.”

Lincoln earned a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Missouri and a master of science in business management from Central Michigan University.
