Syngenta Seeds Australia changes watermelon distribution

Australia
November 9, 2009

Syngenta Seeds has had a long and successful association with South Pacific Seeds (SPS), however as from January 1st 2010, Syngenta will be changing the distribution of its watermelon genetics.

Varieties will now carry the Syngenta Seeds names Obsession (formerly known as Diamondback), Palomar (Redback), Triple Threat (Tulloch) and Shadow. From the beginning of next year, these varieties will be distributed directly by Syngenta Seeds via its reseller network.

These lines will add to Syngenta Seeds’ existing watermelon range in Australia which includes varieties such as Shadow, Divine, SP-4 Super Pollenizer™ and Red Tiger™.

For further information please contact Anthony Ladds – Watermelon Product Manager on (03) 8773 6300.
