Texas-based AgVenture Frontier Hybrids has today announced they’ve hired Charlie Maddux as the company’s Sales and Marketing Manager. Trent Ryan, AgVenture Frontier Hybrids president said, ―Maddux has a distinguished career in seed and agribusiness. He is very well-known and highly respected across the seed industry for his enthusiasm and ability to build solid sales teams.

Maddux will be developing AgVenture Frontier’s connections with farmers in the Central, Southern and Gulf Coast regions of Texas along with Southern New Mexico. Ryan said, ―Charlie will bring leadership and vision to our growing efforts as we introduce the AgVenture® brand across these important growing regions. His knowledge of people and the growing environments will benefit our customers and their profitability.

While with Agri Bio Tech/Land O’Lakes, Maddux held business development and sales management positions, leading the company’s corn and alfalfa seed sales in New Mexico. Prior to that, he held district and regional sales positions for Cargill Hybrid Seeds where he led the company in sales volume and profitability. Ryan added, ―One exceptional note on Charlie’s pedigree is the fact that he was awarded high sales awards nine out a possible eleven years. He has strong drive and a vision to make positive growth happen.
