Golden Acres Genetics is pleased to announce the return of Clarence Hennig as Director of Operations. Hennig served as the Golden Acres Operations Manager from May 2007 until January 2011, when he returned to a previous career in banking.

Hennig was most recently Vice President at Alliance Bank in Waco, Texas. Before signing on with Golden Acres in 2007, he functioned as Senior Technology Officer at American Bank, also in Waco, where he enjoyed a 20 year career. His experiences with American Bank also included Internal Auditor/Compliance Officer and Accounting Supervisor/Loan Review.

“Clarence is a valuable asset to all areas of Golden Acres,” says President Lou Buice. “His knowledge of the seed industry and the internal workings of Golden Acres are invaluable. His resourcefulness and commitment to service made him a favorite with resellers and customers previously. Everyone is pleased to have him back on the team.”

Hennig began his new position on November 1, 2012.

Hennig is a native of Ross, Texas and his family raised cattle in Ross, West and Axtell. He received a business degree from Tarleton State University and enjoys fishing in his free time. Hennig and his wife, Carla, have two daughters and are active members of First United Methodist Church.
