Plant pathologist Julius Fajardo joins AgriThority

AgriThority® LLC, an integrated agricultural consultancy and market development company, announces the addition of plant pathologist and data analyst Julius Fajardo, Ph.D. of Raleigh, N.C., to its staff of Associates. Fajardo has an extensive background in developing fungicides, plant growth regulators, herbicides and seed treatments. He will support product and field development functions, as well as data analysis for the company globally.
Fajardo has more than 23 years of experience in the crop protection industry, including 9 years of post-doctoral research at institutions such as Auburn University, U.S. Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Research Service and the Canadian Grain Commission. His professional background includes positions with Bayer CropScience, Chemtura Corporation, and Agriliance LLC. Most recently, Fajardo served as a fungicide product development manager for Bayer CropScience, where he planned and managed technical development of active ingredients in experimental and commercial stages.

Fajardo received his Ph.D. in plant pathology from Texas A&M University and earned a B.S. in agriculture and M.S. in plant pathology from the University of the Philippines at Los Banos.
