Technology transfer specialist Rod Dorich joins AgriThority

AgriThority® LLC, which serves as an independent, fully integrated resource and technology transfer partner devoted to product and market development in agriculture and allied industries, announces the addition of soil microbiology, weed management, and technology transfer specialist Dr. Rod Dorich of Noblesville, Indiana, to its staff of Associates.
As an AgriThority Associate, Dorich will support business development for the company globally and assume project management in the Eastern Corn Belt of North America. Dorich has more than 29 years of experience in crop protection, product research and development, and technology transfer. His professional background includes over 15 years of herbicide field research and development in the US and globally, and 10 years of managing personnel and resources with Dow AgroSciences, where he most recently was Leader of the Global Technology Transfer Group.
“Rod has as a unique, strategic perspective in technology transfer from his years at Dow AgroSciences which he will apply to our clients,” says Jerry Duff, AgriThority managing member. “We are particularly excited because he will be contributing the strength of his discipline together with his experience with a wide range of interactive online, in-person and field environment programs.”
Dorich received an M.S. and Ph.D. in Soil Microbiology and Biochemistry from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Agricultural Science from Western Illinois University.
