AgReliant Genetics, LLC acquires Dahlco Seeds

AgReliant Genetics, LLC of Westfield, Indiana announced today that it has acquired the retail seed operations of Dahlco Seeds, Inc. of Cokato, Minnesota. Dahlco currently markets corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and other seeds primarily in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and North Dakota. AgReliant Genetics, LLC will integrate the Dahlco business into its Wensman and Great Lakes Hybrids seed selling operations. Dahlco dealers and customers in Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota will have access to new products from Wensman Seed, Wadena, Minnesota. Dealers and customers in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan will have access to new products from Great Lakes Hybrids headquartered in Ovid, Michigan.
