Chromobacterium subtsugae Strain PRAA4-1T; Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Final rule.
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Chromobacterium subtsugae strain PRAA4-1T in or on all food commodities when applied as an insecticide or miticide and used in accordance with good agricultural practices. Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA under the
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Chromobacterium subtsugae strain PRAA4-1T under the FFDCA.
DATES: This regulation is effective September 7, 2011.
