Vanaf 1 april 2025 vervangen PCR-toetsen de ELISA-toetsen voor de gewassen in de families Amaranthaceae, Araceae, Bromeliaceae, Ericaceae, Geraniaceae, Heliotropiaceae, Iridaceae, Rosaceae, Rubiaceae en Zingiberaceae. Vanaf die datum kunt u geen ELISA-toetsen meer aanvragen.
 

Planning overige families

Voor een aantal families is een voorlopige planning opgesteld. Deze planning ziet er als volgt uit en vullen we in de loop van het jaar verder aan. 

Mei 

• Aizoaceae, Anacardiaceae, Boraginaceae, Cannabaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Clusiaceae, Convolvulaceae, Fabaceae, Hemerocallidaceae, Liliaceae, Papaveraceae, Polygonaceae, Violaceae en de siergewassen uit de Poaceae en Cyperaceae 

Juni 

• Acanthaceae, Begoniaceae, Commelinaceae, Goodeniaceae   

Juli 

• Onagraceae, Plumbaginaceae, Primulaceae, Saxifragaceae 

Augustus 

• Apiaceae, Chrysant (Asteraceae), Caryophyllaceae 

September 

• Actinidiaceae, Alstroemeriaceae, Portulacaceae 

Oktober 

• Apocynaceae, Lamiaceae, Mesembryanthemaceae, Ranunculaceae, Verbenaceae  

Let op: Het betreft een voorlopige planning. Eventuele wijzigingen communiceren we via onze nieuwsbrieven. 

Op de website is een actuele planning per familie en gewas te vinden. Of bekijk het overzicht van alle gewassen waarbij we alleen nog PCR-virustoetsen uitvoeren. 

Potyvirus blijven we met ELISA toetsen  

De Potyvirus-toets vormt voorlopig nog een uitzondering en toetsen we nog wel met ELISA. Deze toets omvat een hele grote groep virussen, waardoor de ontwikkeling van een PCR erg complex is en voorlopig nog even op zich laat wachten. Hiervoor blijft nog steeds een apart monster nodig.  

Monstergrootte en tarieven PCR  

Voor onze PCR-toetsen hanteren we drie verschillende monstergroottes met bijbehorende tarieven:  

• Maximaal 2 bladeren: €9,20* per virus per monster  

• Maximaal 10 bladeren: €17,70* per virus per monster  

• Maximaal 25 bladeren: €48,90* per virus per monster  

* Voor een aantal toetsen hanteren we een ander tarief. Dit tarief is in onze tarievenlijst te vinden. Raadpleeg ook voor de basisbedragen onze tarievenlijst 2025.   
 

Introducing PCR tests that will replace ELISA tests for various floricultural crops

As of April 1, 2025, for the crops in de families Amaranthaceae, Araceae, Bromeliaceae, Ericaceae, Geraniaceae, Heliotropiaceae, Iridaceae, Rosaceae, Rubiaceae and Zingiberaceae, we will introduce PCR tests to replace ELISA tests. In previous posts, we indicated that we want to move toward an uniform method per sample. We also announced that as soon as all virus tests for a crop can be performed with PCR, ELISA can no longer be requested. For these families, this moment has now arrived.
 

Planning other families 

An initial schedule has been established for a number of families. This planning is as follows and will be further completed during the year:

Potyvirus we will continue to test with ELISA  

The Potyvirus test remains an exception for the time being. This test covers a very large group of viruses. This makes the development of a PCR test very complex and takes longer. A separate sample is still required for the Potyvirus test. 

Sample size and PCR rates  

For our PCR tests we use three different sample sizes with corresponding rates:  

• Up to 2 leaves: €9.20* per virus per sample   

• Maximum 10 leaves: €17.70* per virus per sample  

• Maximum 25 leaves: €48.90* per virus per sample  

 * For some tests, we charge a different rate. This rate can be found in our Price list. Please also refer to our Price list 2025 for the base rates.
