Bayer replaces credit line and increases volume to 5 billion euros

Bayer AG has secured a revolving credit facility worth 5 billion euros. This replaces an undrawn revolving facility worth 4.5 billion euros dating back to December 2018. The new line has a tenor of five years with two one-year extension options. The facility has met with great interest from the banks. A total of 23 institutions committed to the facility in equal amounts.
