S&W Seed Company (NASDAQ:SANW - News) today announced the expansion of its global distribution network with the addition of an international distributor of forage crops currently serving international agricultural markets. The new international dealer relationship was marked by the issuance of an initial $260,000 purchase order for the Company's proprietary alfalfa varieties. The seed is expected to be shipped within the next 30 days, and is anticipated to represent the first of several orders from this new distributor over the coming months.
