RAGT is launching its own training program with the opening of masterclasses. These focus on the field of research and, more specifically, the profession of plant breeding. Entitled “RAGT 2n Masterclass,” this program, led by the research subsidiary of RAGT Semences, takes place over a period of 12 to 18 months. It offers the opportunity to explore several professions at different locations in France and Germany to secure a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of the program.
