Arrows Up, Inc. launches innovative bulk transport system for seed

An innovative Bulk Transport System for seed was previewed by Arrows Up, Inc. at both the American Seed Trade Association 2010 Expo in Chicago in December and at the Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) annual meeting in St. Louis in January.

Arrows Up patent pending galvanized steel or stainless steel alternative can be used with existing seed tenders and hoppers and is stacking compatible with boxes currently on the market.



“The Arrows Up BTS is an innovative, efficient system that can be used to ship all types of materials,” says President/CEO John Allegretti. “These steel boxes are light weight, safe to operate, and can be used to ship products around the world.”

The Arrows Up Bulk Transport System has many unique features that differentiate this product from current boxes in use today. A few of them are:

    Benefit – easily holds 50 units of large or extra large seed corn – 25% more capacity
  • Flat Sides and Bottom poly bag liner
    Benefit – dramatically reduces cleaning costs
  • Full trailer holds 60 empty boxes
    Benefit – reduced shipping costs
  • One Person Operation
    Benefit – labor savings and no “flipping”. Significantly safer than other boxes

Arrows Up is an Illinois Corporation whose management has extensive experience in the logistics, material handling and industrial packaging. Arrows Up will be in full production by May 2011.
