Corteva Agriscience has earned a top score on the Disability Equality Index (DEI) and recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
The DEI is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that helps Fortune 1000 and other large U.S.-based companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve disability inclusion and equality. It is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), the nation’s largest disability rights organization, and Disability:IN, the global business disability inclusion network, to collectively advance the inclusion of people with disabilities.
“We are thrilled to be acknowledged as a top scoring company for disability inclusion. This recognition underscores our commitment to building an inclusive culture of belonging, where employees feel valued for their unique qualities and contributions. We look forward to learning from and leveraging the survey findings to continue advancing our disability inclusion efforts,” said Audrey Grimm, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer, Corteva Agriscience.
