Dave Rolli has been named a region sales manager for Wyffels Hybrids, responsible for supervising seven district sales managers as they help corn growers maximize their productivity and profitability by assisting with seed selection and offering agronomic information.
Rolli’s region – which includes the area where Wyffels Hybrids was founded in the 1940s serves more than 25 counties and 3.9 million corn acres in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
“Dave has a proven track record of leading corn sales growth and customer satisfaction,” said Brian Humphries, national sales manager, Wyffels Hybrids. “With his additional experience in business planning, program development, training and mentoring, we are excited for him to lead one of our regional teams.”
Prior to joining Wyffels Hybrids, Rolli worked for Monsanto representing the Asgrow® and DEKALB® seed brands in northeast Illinois. He also held a sales position with Syngenta Seeds in southeast Wisconsin.
Rolli holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He and his family reside in Dekalb, Ill.
