Remington Seeds names Guillaume Gonnet as Chief Executive Officer and Natalia Voruz as President

The board of directors of Remington Seeds, one of the largest third party seed producers in the world, providing systems and services that deliver solutions in production, processing and distribution of seed for multiple crops and regions around the world, has named Guillaume Gonnet as chief executive officer and Natalia Voruz as president effective December 1, 2020. Both of them bring a breadth of leadership and extensive global experience.
John Overbeck, founding partner of Remington, will retain a management role as US Lead.
Julie Overbeck joined Remington as a partner in 1994 after a 16 year career with Eli Lilly. Julie, who has been fundamental to the growth of Remington as it transitioned from a production company to a largescale service provider, will continue as US General Manager.

Guillaume Gonnet has extensive knowledge and experience with seed production. In the early 1990’s he started his career in Latin America to become the recognized leader of counter season seed production for North America. In 2007 he moved to Switzerland to lead seed production for Europe, Middle East and Africa at one of the top international seed companies. During the last 4 years he developed the international businesses of Remington Seeds and has since expanded the footprint of Remington’s business to include all major corn production areas of the world.
Natalia Voruz’s background is in international law. She also has deep and diverse experience in managing business operations, governmental relations and complex cross-border global projects. Before joining Remington Seeds, she held several management positions covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia at one of the top international seed companies. During the past year she held the position of Global Strategy Lead for Remington Seeds.
