DK pitch steps into the BIG league...with new DLF turf surface

At Aalborg Portland park turf manager John Larsen looks forward to faster play and denser sward with the new installed DLF turf.
A transformation lasting 5 weeks ends this week with having polyethene thread length equivalent to ½ way round the earth sown into the sod sward from DLF. The hybrid pitch is raising expectations for the turf performance in the comming season.
The first to enjoy the new installed turf is the Danish national under 21 men’s team, when they meets the Ukrainian team in Aalborg on September 4th.
 Helle Østerhaab Mortensen and John Larsen are responsible for the care of the beautiful 3F Superliga turf in Aalborg.
