Playing surfaces are back in use ...but spring drought is playing us a trick

Golfers, football players, rugby players and more are back on the sward, even racing horses can now exercise on the green facilities that have been eagerly waiting them.
Have the grass missed the football boots as much as we have missed cheering for our favorite football teams? Yes! It must have, it is what it was born and bread for!
But with the spring drought over us again, the soil is not at full moisture capacity, not by far.
If irrigation options are limited, the dry conditions will mean the grass recovers slower than usual from the wear.
Turf with improved root architecture, like 4turf varietes, will be able to buffer drought a long way. But if the drought is unexpected, the situation calls for something different.

To the rescue
The solution for the fast turf recovery in the drought is annual ryegrass.
Nothing covers the ground as fast and effective as an annual ryegrass in the hour of need.
Masterline Expressmaster+ contains 10% annual ryegrass and 50 % 4turf. A superior combination to both rescue and prepare the turf for wear and stress.
