Oliver Draganovic appointed as Product Manager, Solanaceous Crops at Syngenta Seeds, Australia

Syngenta Seeds is pleased to announce that Oliver Draganovic has been appointed to the position of Product Manager – Solanaceous Crops. Oliver will be based at the Syngenta Seeds office in Lynbrook, Melbourne, and will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and driving product innovation and growth for Solanaceous crops.

‘I’m excited to have joined a company with such a long vegetable breeding history globally, coupled with a strong committed presence in Oceania,' said Oliver. ‘I look forward to working with the whole value chain to deliver innovative, high flavour tomato and capsicum varieties to our growers, retail customers and consumers.’

Oliver has over ten years of marketing, product and business development experience within the horticultural vegetable sector. He has held a variety of sales and marketing roles, working with Lefroy Valley Seed Co. and Clause Tezier in New Zealand, Australia and Japan. His most recent role was as the Business Development Manager for the Tomato division of the Costa Group, where he was involved in developing and merchandising new vegetable lines to the major Australian supermarkets.

Oliver will be working to harness the strength of our global breeding programs to bring some exciting new genetics to our customers in Australia and New Zealand.”
