The Danish food cluster has a strong value chain, covering everything from both primary and processed food production, food technology and ingredients industry, know-how and research to the wide range of products available to the Danish consumer. This has taken time, and it has taken the efforts of many companies, researchers and public and private organisations to make the Danish food industry what it is today.

Den danske fødevareklynge har en stærk værdikæde, som dækker alt fra primærproduktion til de forarbejdede fødevareprodukter, fødevareteknologi, ingrediensindustrien, know-how og forskning til den brede vifte af produkter, tilgængelige for den danske forbruger. Det er sket over en lang periode og har været benhårdt arbejde for de mange virksomheder, forskere, offentlige- og private organisationer, der har gjort den danske fødevareindustri til det den er i dag.
