Stokes Seeds names new Product Development and Territory Manager, Midwest U.S.

Stokes Seeds® has announced the hiring of James Young as product development and territory manager for the Midwest US region.
 
In this new position, James will supply commercial vegetable seed recommendations to select producers in MI and OH, working with growers to match seed options with their crop and profit goals. Additionally, he will collaborate with Stokes Seeds Midwest territory managers and vendors to trial and select new products best-suited for the region.

He is a natural fit for our group as we continue to partner with producers to recommend the best possible seed prescriptions to meet their diverse production needs”, stated Bruce Ulmer, US Sales Manager for Stokes Seeds.
 
James earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University and brings over twenty years of greenhouse, crop input and commercial vegetable seed sales experience to the Stokes Seeds team. An active member of the Society of Floriculture Professionals, James and his family reside in Rockford, MI near Grand Rapids.
