Wyffels Hybrids is excited to welcome Tim Birkel as its Marketing Director. As a member of the leadership team at Wyffels Hybrids, Birkel will be responsible for leading all dimensions of marketing to further support growth and reinforce Wyffel's position as one of the top independent seed corn companies in the industry.

Birkel comes to Wyffels with extensive experience in marketing and sales in the seed and crop protection industry. He spent the last 16 years at Nufarm Americas Inc. holding many different roles within the company. Most recently, Birkel worked as its Vice President, Strategic Markets and Accounts, including leading the strategy and direction of the Nufarm Seed Treatment business for over two years. Birkel was also General Manager of the NuSeed business for Nufarm.

"Tim will provide great leadership across our organization as we continue to build the Wyffels business."

Birkel studied his undergrad at Truman State University where he received a B.S. in agriculture with an emphasis in business. He also holds a Master's in Business Administration which he attained from Park University.
