Germains Seed Technology announced that Victoria Lawrence has joined the company as the new Managing Director. In this role, she will lead Germains’ business operations and sales across all key markets and facilities in the UK, Netherlands, Spain and the United States. Before joining Germains, Ms. Lawrence spent six years at AB Agri which is part of Associated British Foods plc, in general management, global strategy, and business development roles. She also has significant experience in international strategy consulting, covering a variety of industries including shipping, packaging, consumer goods and aid agencies.
Ms. Lawrence states: “As Managing Director of Germains I am responsible for the overall success of our global business. A large part of my job is to support and enable the fantastic teams we have in place to stay close to all our customers, both old and new. Germains has always focused on delivering flexible, high-quality seed technology solutions, and to continue to do this we need to understand and meet our customers’ needs in a rapidly changing market, delivering sustainable growth for all.”
Ms. Lawrence replaces Managing Director Mr. Steve Moon, who stepped down from the position in April of 2018 to pursue other career interests after four years with Germains Seed Technology and thirteen years within Associated British Foods plc.

Victoria Lawrence start als Managing Director bij Germains Seed Technology
Germains Seed Technology kondigt aan dat Victoria Lawrence gestart is als nieuwe Managing Director. In deze functie zal zij de bedrijfsactiviteiten leiden in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Nederland, Spanje en de Verenigde Staten.
Voordat Mw. Lawrence zich aansloot bij Germains heeft zij zes jaar bij AB Agri gewerkt dat onderdeel is van Associated Britsih Foods plc. Hier heeft zij verschillende functies bekleed binnen het management, internationale strategie en bedrijfsontwikkeling. Daarnaast heeft ze significante ervaring opgedaan in internationale strategie consultancy over verschillende industrieën waaronder transport, verpakking, consumptiegoederen en hulporganisaties.
Mw. Lawrence: “Als Managing Director van Germains ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het algehele succes van onze internationale activiteiten. Een groot deel van mijn taak is het ondersteunen van onze fantastische teams en hen in staat te stellen dicht bij de klant te blijven, zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
