We’ll be showing you the newest innovations in our delivery program for the seed sector.
Seed breeding
Agratechniek is working closely with experts specialised in the area of equipment needed for seed breeding. The ABC processor can be used to achieve the desired climate, but also to automatically change the time (warmer, colder, drier/more humid) according to a recipe. The light spectrum and intensity can be adjusted easily and changed per time period; gradually from day light to dusk to dark, and from dark automatically to morning glory.

Seed Rinsing
The Agratechniek seed rinsing machine is based on professional or industrial washing machines from the leading brands. These machines are converted, so they will comply with the specifications to be able to professionally clean and treat the seed.

Seed Drying
You probably already have installations to be able to dry seed. Agratechniek has the option to optimise your existing installations. Think of:
- Automation of existing drying installation with the ABC processor.
- Optimisation of the installation to improve the drying process of the seed and/or increase the capacity.
- Adjustment of the installation to save a lot of energy (electricity and heat) without compromising the capacity and the quality of the drying process.

Processing: calibration, packing, transport
Agratechniek delivers various installations to facilitate silent and easy seed processing.
- Calibration installations with flat beds; silent with a large capacity. Continuous process is optional.
- Optimisation of existing packing lines by replacing the software of the various elements with a central operation; easy, clear and 3x more capacity is possible.
- Vacuum transport for efficient, quick, continuous and labor-saving transport, from receival to the various machines in the cleaning and sorting process. Without damaging.

Warm-water treatment
The seed treatment with (warm) water, with or without chemicals, is used more and more. For the treatment of seed in bags, Agratechniek delivers special rinsing machines. Large quantities of seed can be treated in special boxes. Agratechniek delivers special basins for this option. In both application processes, the seed will receive exactly the desired water temperature. After the treatment the temperature is decreased, and a lot of moisture is quickly discharged. The additional drying process can then take place (fluidly) with a special drying installation.
