Woodstock, Ontario, Canada

PRO Seeds of Canada regrets to announce that for personal reasons, Tim Welbanks has decided to resign from his position of General Manager of PRO Seeds. The staff and shareholders would like to assure you that although we are disappointed that Tim is leaving, we have taken the necessary actions to ensure that our business with you will not be interrupted and that we will be able to provide our customers with great products and service that they are accustomed to.
The shareholders of PRO Seeds are very pleased to announce that we have procured the services of Julien Den Tandt to act as interim General Manager. Julien brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of Agribusiness sectors. It is a tremendous opportunity for PRO Seeds to work with Julien through spring and to learn from his experience and advice. Tim and Julien will be working together for the next few weeks to ensure a seamless transfer.
One key task that has been assigned to Julien is to work with the board of directors in finding a permanent new General Manager for PRO Seeds. When we have found the right person, Julien will work with them to again provide a smooth transition.
PRO Seeds wishes Tim Welbanks all the best and we thank him for his efforts on our behalf. We are very excited about working with Julien and look forward to serving our customers and business partners in mutually beneficial ways as we move forward.
PRO Seeds is a 100% Canadian owned company whose shareholders are seed growers, processors and exporters that remain intricately involved with variety selection, marketing and long term strategies for the Company. Thanks for your continued support!
