Bejo inspireert tijdens Fruit Logistica 2025 in Berlijn met innovatieve concepten en baanbrekende ontwikkelingen voor de complete groenteketen. Van telers tot handelaren, verwerkers en retail - bezoekers ervaren de dynamische reis van zaad tot eindproduct op onze stand.
Vernieuwende concepten voor de moderne consument
Millennials kiezen steeds vaker voor lekkere en gezonde opties. Bejo speelt hierop in met een uitgekiend assortiment snackgroenten, geselecteerd op hun uitmuntende smaak. Het aanbod omvat wortel, koolrabi en bleekselderij - perfect voor ieder moment van de dag. Onder het Purple Power concept presenteert Bejo paarse groenten die rijk zijn aan voedingsstoffen, waaronder de veelzijdige paarse koolrabi Konstance. Een andere highlight is Samantha, 's werelds eerste savooie spitskool: frisgroen, compact en met een lange houdbaarheid. Dat maakt dit product ideaal voor salades, wok- en grillgerechten.
B-Mox® verbeterde priming
Een belangrijk item tijdens de beurs is B-Mox® verbeterde priming voor uienzaad. Deze innovatieve zaadverrijkingstechnologie maakt kiemplanten krachtiger en stimuleert de groei in het vroegste stadium. Planten ontwikkelen een sterker wortelstelsel, vertonen een verhoogde stresstolerantie en betere algemene gezondheid. Voor telers betekent dit minder risico's en hogere opbrengsten. B-Mox® is ook beschikbaar voor wortel en wortelpeterselie.
Innovatie in robuuste rassen
Als toonaangevend veredelingsbedrijf presenteert Bejo verschillende veelbelovende nieuwe rassen met verbeteringen in ziekteresistentie, bewaarkwaliteit, uiterlijk en smaak. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn Cumbia, een bleekselderij met intermediaire resistentie tegen septoria, en de andijvierassen Savalia, Kimolos en Krokos. Via een film krijgen bezoekers inzicht in Bejo's proces om hoogwaardig kwaliteitszaad te ontwikkelen.
Groeiend biologisch assortiment
De vraag naar biologische zaden blijft stijgen. Bejo's biologische assortiment omvat inmiddels meer dan 35 gewassen en 170 rassen, waaronder wortel Natuna en venkel Dragon. Met biologisch zaad dragen wij bij aan een duurzame productieketen voor gezond en smakelijk voedsel, RIGHT from the START.

Innovative concepts for the modern consumer
Millennials are increasingly opting for tasty and healthy options. Bejo is responding to this with a sophisticated range of snack vegetables, selected for their outstanding taste. The range includes carrot, kohlrabi and celery - perfect for any time of the day. Under the Purple Power concept, Bejo presents purple vegetables that are rich in nutrients, including the versatile purple kohlrabi Konstance. Another highlight is Samantha, the world's first savoy pointed headed cabbage: fresh green, compact and with a long shelf life. This makes it ideal for salads, stir-fry and grill dishes.
B-Mox® improved priming
A key item during the show is B-Mox® enhanced priming for onion seed. This innovative seed enhancing technology makes seedlings more vigorous and stimulates growth at the earliest stage. Plants develop a stronger root system, show increased stress tolerance and better overall health. For growers, this means less risk and higher yields. B-Mox® is also available for carrot and rooted parsley.

As a leading breeding company, Bejo is presenting several promising new varieties with improvements in disease resistance, storage quality, appearance and taste. Examples include Cumbia, a celery with intermediate resistance to septoria, and the first hybrid endive varieties Savalia, Kimolos and Krokos.
