One of the leading vegetable seed company in India specialized in Research, Production and Sales of quality vegetable seeds. Namdhari Siam Seeds is a subsidiary of Namdhari Seeds present in Thailand since 1999. It has two research stations in Chiang Mai and Nakhon Pathom. 

Position Purpose

Responsible for trial, market development and sales, co-ordination with the Head Office.  Collecting the market information, sharing the new trends with breeders. Organizing the trials in company farm and farmer’s field, follow up visits along with local staff and breeders.

Designation/ Title: Marketing/Operations Manager

Experience: 7-8 years

Age Group: 32-45 years

Reporting To: Vice President  Business Management

Education: B.Sc/ M.Sc Agriculture/ Horticulture with MBA marketing preferred

• Lead the execution of the company’s strategy and oversee the implementation of the company’s long and short term plans
• Willing to travel frequently to these countries.
• Build relationships with industry and build a strong network of customers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan expanding the company’s customer base
• Co-ordinate the activities of the research, marketing, production team for the smooth functioning and report to Head Office in India
• Manage the day to day activities of the company, especially leadership, governance, internal controls, finance and reporting
• Oversee station activities to assure that department standards and timelines are met for packaging, planting, agronomic management
• Manage Operating Budgets within the Station within expected guidelines
• Manage logistics of packaging seed in accordance with season requirements.
• Coordinate field days, site tours, and demo plots
• Willing to learn Thai language or if it’s known then it will be added advantage.
