We are currently looking for a Conditioning Supervisor for our production location.

This position is responsible for the conditioning and bagging of seed corn; ensures training of bagging personnel as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
2. Responsible for projecting a positive image of AgReliant Genetics.
3. Check counts on all lots produced by the conditioning and bagging crews. Verify counts with warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy of inventory.
4. Staff and schedule bagging and conditioning crews for timely repackaging and new crop conditioning to maximize facility output capabilities.
5. Work with IQ to ensure proper supplies are available at all times.
6. Provide quantity information to Breckenridge data entry.
7. Perform final check on bag, tag, and flap for accuracy
8. Monitor bagging crews for completeness of work, correctness, and training.
9. Timely completion of finished work orders.
10. Samples, tags, bag flaps, and palletizing are all being done correctly according to the AgReliant Genetics policies and procedures.
11. Responsible for ensuring that all tower and conditioning audits are being done and the proper procedures are being followed for cleanup.
12. Enforce all safety rules pertaining to the conditioning area.
13. Schedule repair and maintenance on conditioning equipment.
14. Other duties as required.

Duties and responsibilities may be revised, as needed by the Location Manager and/or the Corn Operations Manager, either verbally and/or in writing.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma.
• Some agricultural and/or production experience desired.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work required hours.
