Nuseed is looking for a Sales Leader to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota.

About the role

Reporting to the GM, Nuseed NATFA, this is a critical role within the Nuseed business. The role is responsible for the development and execution of the group’s sales goals, channel strategy and people development. The Sales leader works collaboratively with the GM, R&D, and production to develop a top tier product line and ensure seamless execution of the commercial strategy focusing on the key crops for Nuseed – sunflower, canola and sorghum.

• Be part of building a better Nufarm
• Direct leadership for the Nuseed sales team
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and forecasts
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our channel partners, distributors and 3rd party
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key industry influencers
• Lead the launch of new products and technologies and ensure the sales team is educated and on board.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Agri-business or similar. Minimum 10 years relevant seed/Agriculture inputs marketing or sales. Prior sales leadership role experience. Also in depth understanding of seed and farm inputs market in North America a plus.
