Regional Sales & PD Manager - South East USA (M/F)

Based in South East USA

Your challenge is to further strengthen our position on the South East USA market, by making optimal use of the available resources in the company. Your personal input will make the difference. You will manage the South East Sales & Product Development .

You will be located in the South East USA and report to the East Coast Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the sales as well as conducting trial work for the Hazera brand in the assigned territory.
• Works with the dealer network to trial, promote and sell Hazera varieties.
• Develops a Hazera network of key growers/shippers in the territory.
• Keeps overview of events in the territory, i.e. tradeshows, open days etc.
• Support in building forecast /sales /cost budgets for the territory.
• Assist and coordinate with breeder trials and visits of Product Managers and Breeders.

Preferred Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Agriculture and more than 3 years’ experience in a sales/ PD position, preferably vegetable seed industry.
  Focus crops are watermelon, tomato, radish and brassica.
• Open communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to interact between different disciplines in Hazera USA team, customers and dealer network;
• Professional reporting and computer skills;
• You have a strong action-driven personality, and you are able to motivate yourself
• Drivers License;
• Willing to travel frequently .
