Requirements:

• Minimum of  5-10 years experience in the vegetable industry
• Growing experience in a greenhouse  environment
• High level of motivation and ability to work independently
• Good commercial and negotiation skills
• Strong  interest in product knowledge
• Good social skills
• Ideally B.Sc.  Agriculture, Horticulture  or related field
