Duties and responsibilities

• Process and approve time cards
• Prepare, plan, and delegate work to employees
• Manage employees and tasks
• Communicate with Facility Manager, Selection, and Logistics to schedule pickup times and planning
• Communicate directly with Logistics and Trucking companies
• Enter and edit information into system for transfer and Purchase orders
• Communicate with Retail Planning and Replenishment Manager to verify spreadsheet information of transfer material
• Print all documentation for retail orders; make any changes or substitutions
• Verify retail racks have been built, populated, and loaded correctly
• Maintain a monthly inventory of material and rack components
• Communicate with Selection to determine employees’ schedules
• Review reports and planning to keep on or under budget
• Implement new processes and procedures
