Job description

• We are looking to add an experienced and successful PD to work with our team of sales representatives throughout the West coast.
• This is a stable organization that has been around for years and has some refreshing new management who is really making strong growth strides in the industry.
• This region will stretch across most of the west coast. The candidate can be a resident in southern San Joaquin valley or Santa Maria.
• This role will be responsible for Product Development projects in his area. Managing Product Development this region as well as work to continue to grow the business with key retailers and distributors throughout this region, experience as well as business development experience are both desired in this role.

Job requirements

• Degree in agriculture a plus but college degree required.
• We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of industry experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience with PD and who have experience with Tomato, Watermelon and Brassica.
• Strong communication skills are a must, along with a burning drive to succeed.  We are looking for those who are true leaders and want to help their team succeed.
