Regional Manager–Marketing in Western UP & Odisha

Candidate Profile:

B.Sc/M Sc (Agriculture) plus MBA with experience of 8-10 years in the area of Vegetable Seeds-Sales & Marketing to apply.

Only candidates from seed industry would be considered.

Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.  

Job Profile

• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Formulation of sales strategy in accordance with targets & execution
• Have a Clear focus on Traditional Channels to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes
• Will have to be extensively travelling in the State co-ordinating with the Sales force
• Should report to the Head Office, Bangalore with the required Sales Data, Reports required by the Management time to time.
